Gnothaire

.. Lore ..

This entity of unknown origin is affiliated with the mortuary and church through their occupation. They have a questionable moral compass and propensity to tell white lies when convenient, but are generally loyalty to their clients.

They lead a mysterious life, embracing the showmanship of being a celebrant while largely maintaining their privacy.

For ages beyond the first human conception they have spent their days ushering souls beyond the veil and comforting the bereaved. They take pride in their job, making no discernible effort to challenge this seemingly predestined role.

It seems that they are at peace with the fate of the world, waiting with ease to guide the last souls to the other side and embrace the curtain call at the end of all things.

In this being's inventory is an empty blood vial.
