Q) Can I take photos?

A) Yes. Please make sure you ask for permission before photographing anyones outfit or cosplay and kindly remove or blur any unflattering photos if you're asked to.

Please do not take or publish photos of guests wearing red wristbands. They have requested not to be photographed.

Q) Can I veto having my photograph taken?

A) Yes, you can refuse photos for any reason. Just ask for a red wristband when you arrive. Our guests and photographers will be notified that anyone wearing a red wristband doesn't want to be photographed.

Q) Is the venue disability accessible?

A) Yes. Please check the venue website for up to date information on accessibility. If you need to use the access ramp please let us know on the day of the event before you arrive, there will also be seating provided.

Q) Is there a dress code?

A) There is no dress code at this event - just don't be naked. Please.

Q) When will the extras with Upgrade/Premium tickets be distributed?

A) Any ticket upgrades will be distributed on the night of the event.

Q) When will souvenir tickets be sent?

A) Souvenir tickets will be mailed 2-14 days after the night. They are offered exclusively to attendees who donate £3 or more as a token of our appreciation. Thank you for supporting Sunkiss.

Q) Is it mandatory to participate in event extras ie group chats, character sheets?

A) No. We encourage everyone to come as you are and participate to the extent you feel comfortable and happy.

Q) Is there an age restriction?

A) Yes. All attendees must be age 18 or over as the event is alcohol friendly and may contain mild sexual references.

Q) What form of ID do you accept?

A) Please bring a valid, up to date form of ID. This venue accept drivers licenses, passports and citizen cards.
